- Shipping & Delivery
- We primarily ship by USPS media mail (Flat Rate) and UPS. Orders are generally shipped the next business day depending on availability at the time of the order.
- Signed copies may take longer, so please let us know if time is of the essence for your order (for instance, if you want a book signed "To Aunt Lela on her birthday" and her birthday is two days from now).
- We will give you FREE SHIPPING if your order is over $100.
- General rule: after your payment is received by us, the books usually arrive at the shipping address within 10 business days.
- Privacy & Security
- We will not take your contact information and do anything sinister or annoying with it, such as selling it to a third party.
- Returns & Replacements
- If you receive a damaged shipment, take a digital photo of the damage and email it to andrew@chestertonpress.com. Most of our books are returnable: one exception is that signed copies of books with a personal dedication may not be returned. (see below)
- Signed copies
- We can usually provide signed copies of the Fairy Tale Novels upon request. If you want Regina to sign your book to someone in particular, please include a note in the "Comments" section of your order identifying which titles you want signed and who you want them signed to, and we will see what we can do. Just so you know, occasionally it will take us longer to ship a copy signed to one person in particular.
- These copies are not returnable (see above.) We hope this makes sense: it would be difficult for us to re-sell a book dedicated, "To Aunt Lela on her birthday."
- PLEASE NOTE: We can only send signed copies to US customers.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We accept VISA and MasterCard through Paypal, as well as personal checks.
